Small Group Training
Wanting to blow the joint and muscle cobwebs away from the grind of day-to-day? This class will allow you to work at a high intensity using a range of exercises to cover all vectors and ranges of movements giving you solid foundations to build upon. With a continuing range of stimulus you will get fitter, faster and stronger using body weight exercises and various forms of equipment. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and if you are carrying an injury.
Boxing Padwork and Fitness
A class based on the elements of boxing with no sparring. It is heavily cardio based but you will feel your arms, legs and core getting a workout due to the movements and rotations taught. Highly skilled coach with experience in the Boxing world so you will learn correct technique for both punching and holding the pads for your work out buddies.
Catch Wrestling
Catch wrestling is a grappling style developed in Britain combining many old folk wrestling styles, with submission holds or hooks, take downs and pins. It has gained popularity in recent years and is now heavily used by top grapplers and MMA athletes
Grappling
You will learn the fighting techniques used to gain a physical advantage over your opponent such as improving relative position of causing injury to them via a submission.
MMA
MMA classes focus predominantly on the close work needed to compete in a cage or ring. Clinch work, striking, takedowns, submissions, ground and pound and escapes are all covered in expert detail.
Shoot Box
Shoot box is a mixture of its two parent styles of striking and wrestling. It shows you how to go from defense to attack e.g. Avoid being hit and then you taking your opponent down or you striking your opponent but not being taken down yourself. It is an essential class for any aspiring fighter.
