Laura Hathaway

MOst Osteopathy / Scar Therapist / Level 3 PT, specialising in Movement and Injury rehabilitation.

Laura trained at The British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) and graduated in 2015. Laura’s approach to treatment is movement is vital, getting people moving correctly and fear-free. Laura see’s the journey of recovery and treatment as team work, where both parties are active and understand the continually changing landscape of treatment. Laura is trained in additional skills including dry needling, Western cupping, IASTM, K-taping and Shockwave Therapy. We have a Lymphatouch in clinic for scar work and oedema.

Laura has launched a product called The Scar Wand/The Tension Tool which follows her passion in helping people in ways which they didn’t know they could help themselves. The product is a self-massage tool and works over direct surgical scars and where there are tendon issues, including sole of the foot pain.

Natasha Khan aka The Tennis Osteo

MOst Osteopathy / Level 3 LTA Tennis Coach / Retired Professional Tennis Player

Natasha is a highly skilled Osteopath with a unique background as a former WTA 360 world-ranked tennis player and U18 national champion. Having competed at Wimbledon and trained at the LTA National Training Centre, Natasha also achieved the distinction of being GB’s No. 1 in beach tennis, representing the nation at European Beach Tennis Championships. Following injuries that concluded her professional tennis career, Natasha’s passion for health and recovery led her to qualify as an Osteopath at the British School of Osteopathy (BSO), now known as University College of Osteopathy in 2016.

Natasha brings her specialised expertise in tennis-related injuries, biomechanics, and injury prevention. In addition to Osteopathy, Natasha also offers medical acupuncture, Shockwave Therapy, K-taping and personalised exercise plans, dedicating herself to helping clients relieve pain, restore function, and maintain lasting well-being.

Andie has been a dedicated Personal Trainer for nearly 20 years, driven by a lifelong passion for fitness and athletics. Andie’s love for exercise began in her youth, excelling in running, hurdles, long jump and high jump. As Andie grew older there was a focus on competitive running, participating in events ranging from 100m sprints to 10km races. Achieving numerous race victories, including winning the Firle 10km twice, the Arundel 10km, the Wine Run Lanzarote 10km, Marathon Lanzarote 10km and many others.

A career highlight was serving as a pacer for Andie’s inspirational friend, Sophia Warner, a remarkable athlete with cerebral palsy who competed in the 2012 Paralympics and is a presenter for Channel 4’s Paralympic coverage.

Andie’s journey has instilled a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs in fitness, enabling her to guide and inspire others toward achieving their goals. Whether you’ve striving for a personal best or seeking a healthier, more active lifestyle Andie is here to help you succeed.
